Grouting
Core SpecialtyGrouting is Millennium's founding discipline — and our most requested service. When the epoxy or cementitious grout beneath rotating equipment cracks, voids, or deteriorates, it transmits vibration directly into foundations and piping, accelerating equipment failures and unplanned outages. We eliminate that failure mode permanently.
Every installation is engineered to the equipment's load, vibration profile, and operating environment. We select the correct grout system — not the easiest one to install — and execute to manufacturer and client specifications.
Machine Grouting

Coatings
Chemical Resistance SpecialistMillennium selects and applies industrial coating systems matched to the chemical service, temperature range, and required service life of each application — not just what's available. Surface preparation is treated as the critical step it actually is, with proper blast profile and cleanliness verification before any system is applied.
We work across the full spectrum of industrial coating applications: immersion lining of tanks and process vessels, chemical proofing of concrete substrates, and protective surface coatings for industrial facilities — all executed to NACE and SSPC standards.
Tank & Containment Lining
Interior lining of storage tanks, process vessels, acid and caustic storage, clarifiers, and secondary containment systems. Elastomerics, vinyl esters, novolac epoxies, fiberglass-reinforced systems, and urethane membranes.
Restoration & Chemical Proofing
Substrate restoration and immersion-grade chemical proofing for concrete surfaces under continuous acid, caustic, or solvent exposure — car wells, rail transfer areas, containment floors, and secondary containment walls.
Protective Coatings
Industrial protective coating systems for equipment pads, plant floors, trenches, and exposed structural surfaces. Anti-corrosion primers, chemical-resistant topcoats, and concrete sealers engineered for the service environment.
Lining Systems
- Elastomeric & rubberized membranes
- Vinyl ester & novolac epoxies
- Plastikoat & Plasite systems
- Fiberglass-reinforced lining
- Urethane & polyurea membranes
- Phenolic epoxy for high-temp service
Standards & Prep
- NACE SP standards compliance
- SSPC surface prep & application
- Blast profile verification
- DFT measurement & documentation
- Acid-resistant mastics & mortars
- SPCC plan compliance support
Specialty Structural
Engineered SystemsIndustrial concrete and structural systems deteriorate under chemical attack, thermal cycling, heavy loading, and years of deferred maintenance. Millennium repairs and rebuilds concrete and structural systems across every facility type — from equipment foundations and pads to elevated decks, columns, and structural bents.
When deficiencies exceed standard repair scope, we apply engineered composite systems and high-performance materials — executed within planned outage windows to minimize operational disruption.
Specialty Foundations
Engineered foundations for rotating equipment, centrifuges, and vibration-sensitive machinery — including multi-part polymer block systems that eliminate corrosion pathways and conventional grout failure modes entirely.
Concrete & Structural Repair
Full-depth breakout and replacement, latex-modified mortar infill, water stop injection, carbon fiber composite wrapping (CFRP), shotcrete, and advanced structural restoration — matched to defect type and service requirements.
Concrete Defect Types
- Spalling & delamination

General Contracting & Capital Project Management
Full Scope DeliveryPlant maintenance teams have too much on their plate to manage every scope of work themselves. Millennium takes on work orders, maintenance items, and capital project scopes of all sizes — executing with minimal oversight so your personnel can focus on running the facility.
Warren Allen built Millennium on the same discipline he applied leading capital project oversight at Dow Chemical — managing scope, schedule, cost, and contractor interfaces across hundreds of simultaneous projects globally. That enterprise PM rigor is available to Gulf Coast clients who need a structured owner's representative or project management lead for capital work.
General Contracting
- Maintenance work order execution
- Backlog item clearance
- Small capital modification projects
- Facility upgrades & improvements
- Multi-trade coordination
- Turnaround & outage support
Capital Project Management
