// Our Story

BUILT ON A
SPECIFIC PROBLEM

Millennium Industrial was founded to solve a recurring problem across Gulf Coast facilities: critical assets failing not because of the equipment itself, but because the foundations supporting them were no longer fit for service.

// The Problem We Solve

FOUNDATIONS FAIL.
EQUIPMENT FOLLOWS.

Across Gulf Coast refineries, petrochemical plants, and municipal facilities, the same failure pattern appears repeatedly: rotating equipment goes down, the root cause investigation points not to the machine itself, but to deteriorated grout, cracked concrete, or a failed base system that was never properly addressed.

The repairs are often deferred — shuffled to the next outage window, then the one after that — until a pump trips, a containment basin leaks, or a structural element reaches a point where emergency work is the only option. Emergency work costs more, takes longer, and compounds the disruption.

Millennium was built to be the contractor that prevents that outcome. We specialize in the unglamorous, load-bearing work that keeps facilities running safely — and we execute it with the same level of rigor that we have brought to 50 industrial clients on over 400 projects.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE WORK

Warren Allen — Founder and Business Lead, Millennium Industrial Corporation

WARREN ALLEN

Founder & Business Lead

Before founding Millennium, Warren sat on the other side of the table. As a capital projects Subject Matter Expert at Dow Chemical, he evaluated contractors — managing more than $200M annually across 350+ active projects worldwide. He watched what worked and what failed, and he built Millennium around those observations. Millennium is based in Clute, TX — two miles from the Dow Diamond and inside the fence line of the Gulf Coast's highest-concentration industrial corridor.

Bret Sanford — Operations Leader, Millennium Industrial Corporation

BRET SANFORD

Operations Leader

Bret leads Millennium's day-to-day operations — coordinating project schedules, managing subcontractor relationships, and ensuring every job moves from scope to closeout without friction. He is the operational backbone that keeps commitments to clients.

Millennium Industrial field crew on site — led by Lyle Ponton, Field Lead

LYLE PONTON

Field Lead

Lyle runs field execution on Millennium's most demanding scopes. He is the person on-site when precision matters most — overseeing substrate preparation, material application, and quality verification on every project he leads.

Emily Mayer — Administrative and Operational Support, Millennium Industrial Corporation

EMILY MAYER

Admin & Operations

Emily manages Millennium's administrative operations — from compliance documentation and safety records to vendor coordination and client communication. She ensures the back office runs with the same discipline the field does.

MARKETS WE SERVE

Millennium operates where precision, safety, and reliability are non-negotiable — across Gulf Coast refineries, municipal facilities, and marine infrastructure.

Industrial

Refineries, petrochemical plants, and chemical processing facilities make up the core of Millennium's client base. These facilities demand ISNetWorld and Avetta pre-qualification, DISA drug & alcohol compliance, and contractors who understand the safety protocols required to work inside the fence.

  • Refineries & cracker units
  • Petrochemical processing plants
  • Chemical manufacturing facilities
  • Specialty chemical plants
  • Gas processing facilities

Municipal

Water treatment plants, wastewater facilities, and civic infrastructure require the same quality of structural and containment work as industrial facilities — but often with public accountability and tight budget constraints. Millennium brings the same rigor to municipal work.

  • Water treatment plants
  • Wastewater treatment facilities
  • Pump stations & lift stations
  • Municipal buildings & infrastructure
  • Government facility maintenance

Marine

Gulf Coast marine infrastructure faces some of the most demanding exposure conditions in the region. Salt air, tidal cycling, and heavy vessel traffic degrade concrete and coatings faster than inland applications. Millennium applies the right materials and methods for the marine environment.

  • Offshore platforms & topsides
  • Marine terminals & docks
  • Port facilities
  • Waterfront industrial structures
  • Marine containment systems
